With your audio guestbook (Shipped and/or Virtual Experience) package we offer one round of complimentary revisions to your voicemails! If there are any revisions that you would like made to your voicemail file, please log into your online portal and select the Please Rework button below your voicemails. Here you can advise our team of your requested revisions by providing specific timestamps notes for each area of your voicemail file that you would like a revision made. Along with the timestamps, please also include a description of the requested revision.
For example:
Please remove the voicemail that plays from 4:04 - 4:23.
Please cut off the man's voice from the beginning of the voicemails that plays from 18:45 - 18:49.
Additionally, if you would like to submit additional voicemails to add to your existing voicemail file, you can send us up to 10 audio files that we can add to the end of your edit. Most of our clients use their cell phones (Voice Recorder or similar app) to capture the audio.
