As our phones are wireless and can be used anywhere, we suggest setting up your phone up in multiple locations throughout your event. If your event is a wedding for instance, you can first have it located right outside the ceremony area, then move it into the cocktail hour, then the reception area for the majority of your event, and possibly even have it make an appearance at the after party!

Our clients certainly get creative with their phone displays, from full-size all out phone booths to just placing in on the bar. But most clients display their phone on a table surrounded by some decor and tableside signage, directing their guests how to use it.

If you would like to place your phone on a display stand, base, or riser, the dimensions of the base of the phone are 5-1/2" x 9". So a base dimension of 8"x13" is recommended and with this size the cord will drape off the side without any issue. If you would like the phone cord to rest on the riser, a width of 12"-20" is recommended.

Not to brag, but our audio quality is pretty dang good. While it’s best to leave the phone in a quieter area of your event (as some background noise might get picked up), unless you place it directly next to a speaker, your guests voicemails will be successfully recorded.
