Your phone is required to be placed back in the mail to us no later than 3 days after your event date. Please repack your phone in its original box and use the included pre-paid UPS return label to send it back to us from any UPS location.

Please be sure to remove or cover all existing labels on the box before placing it back in the mail to us to ensure your voicemails are not lost.

If you lost the box, please use a 12"x12"x6" box and carefully wrap the phone in bubble wrap as it very fragile. If you require a new return label, just let us know, and a copy can be provided to you via email; please email us at [email protected], and our team will be in touch!
