How to request a change
Simply email us at [email protected] with:
1. Your order number
2. What you'd like to change (email address, event date, event type, etc.)
3. The updated information
Our team will update your order and confirm the changes with you.
Common changes we handle
Email address: If someone else placed the order on your behalf (a parent, wedding planner, etc.) and the wrong email is attached, we can update it so you receive all communications and portal access.
Event date: If your event date has shifted, let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust your shipping timeline accordingly. Even if it's postponed to an unknown date, still let us know, and we'll hold your reservation until you're ready!
Event type: Selected the wrong event type at checkout? No problem, we can update that for you.
