30 days before your event date we will be reaching out to you to confirm your phone color choices as well as your shipping address one final time before shipment, regardless if it has been recently updated or not.
Should you still want to update your shipping address before this final confirmation, please log into your online portal and click on MANAGE ORDER. From there, select
Shipping Addresses to update your shipping address.
Your phone will arrive at your doorstep 3-14 days before your event date. If you have already confirmed your shipping address and require the phone by a certain date, please reach out to us at [email protected] and let us know the date that you would like to receive your phone by, and we will do our best to accommodate!
