After your event is over and you mail your phone back to us, our team begins processing your voicemails. We offload your voicemails from your phone, then send them right over to our Audio Team for editing, and once completed we upload them right to your online portal!

We understand that some guests can be quite "excited" to leave you a voicemail. So rest assured, you will receive every voicemail that was recorded at your event. The only time we will ever remove a voicemail is if there is blatant hate speech being used in a derogatory manner.

Our voicemail turnaround time for is 2-4 weeks from the date your phone was returned and offloaded by our team. You will be emailed once your voicemails are ready and will be accessible via your online portal to stream and/or download!
