Voicemail delivery timeline

After your event is over and you mail your phone back to us, our team begins processing your voicemails. We offload your voicemails from your phone, then send them right over to our Audio Team for editing, and once completed we upload them right to your online portal!

We understand that some guests can be quite "excited" to leave you a voicemail. So rest assured, you will receive every voicemail that was recorded at your event. The only time we will ever remove a voicemail is if there is blatant hate speech being used in a derogatory manner.

If you decide not to purchase a physical format, such as a vinyl record or USB drive, you can still easily access your recorded messages. All recordings are delivered digitally through your personal Customer Dashboard. This ensures that you can retrieve and enjoy your messages conveniently, regardless of your choice of physical formats.

You will receive your voicemails within a day of us receiving the phone back in the mail! You will be emailed once your voicemails are ready and will be accessible via your online portal to stream, download, and share via our Social Player!

Additionally, every order includes a complimentary digital copy of your voicemails, accessible through your event dashboard. This ensures that you always have access to your recordings, even if you choose not to purchase a physical format. Through the Customer Dashboard, you can stream playback of your messages or download the audio files directly to your device, providing flexibility in how you enjoy and preserve your recordings.
