Count us in for your destination event! Although we currently only ship to the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico, we do allow our clients to travel with our phones internationally. Just make sure to inform our team of your travel dates (departure and arrival back home) when booking with us. Our phones weigh around 3.5 lbs each and most airlines allow you to carry-on your audio guestbook phone as a personal item, but please check with your specific airline as it may be required to be checked.

For destination events, we recommend that our clients book with us a minimum of 6 months before their event date. For clients who are unable to have their phone back in the mail within our required time frame of 3 days after your event date, we offer an Extended Time With Phone fee. This fee is charged at $50/week and allows you to retain your phone for up to an extra 7 days before mailing it back.

Once you've returned back home to where your phone was shipped to, please ship it back to us and we’ll handle the rest! Easy as!
