Our After The Tone rotary audio guestbook phones undergo quite the journey before arriving at your event. Every single one of our phones was once an authentic, vintage rotary telephone from the 50s, 60s, or 70s. After acquisition, they are refurbished and retrofitted with our patented tech out of our production facility located on Long Island, New York.
Designed with ease of function in mind, our phones can be used wirelessly anywhere right out of the box. They are shipped with a fully charged battery for use up to 12 hours, and getting started is as simple as the push of a button on the bottom of the phone.
When your guests pick up the phone, they will hear "Please leave a message after the tone," prompting your guests to leave their message. This prompt is unable to be customized, retaining the nostalgic vibe of "vintage" to match the look of your phone.
Choose from any of the 11 original vintage colors, including Brown, Orange, Cream, Blue, Yellow, Pink, Green, Beige, White, Red, and Black.
The back of the phone has a USB-A port solely used for charging the phone, should you require additional usage time on top of the 12 hours. To charge the phone, please make sure it is powered off and plug in the provided USB cable to the port and into a wall outlet (not provided). We recommend charging the phone overnight before each day of use. The dial on the front of the phone is non-functional, so it won't interfere with your voicemails. Go ahead and give it a spin!
Getting your voicemails is as easy as dropping your phone in the mail. Simply use the pre-paid return label included with your rental, send it back to us, and our team will have your voicemails ready within just a couple of days of receiving it.
