When booking with us you will be provided with all of the necessary resources to achieve success using your After The Tone phone. As a user-operated rental service, we believe the bare minimum is to go above any beyond, which is why we provide all of our clients with:
A detailed direction sheet
A thorough instructional setup video
An option to schedule a walkthrough call with one of our trained team members to answer any questions you may have about setup or your phone

Within the box your phone arrives in you will find a postcard prompting you to scan a QR code which will take you through a test setup. As we don't want your focus the day of your event to be on an instruction sheet, we strongly suggest completing this before your event so you are fully aware of how our phone operates.
