Your After The Tone phone comes fully charged and ready to go! But if you need to top it off (or you're using it for multiple events), here's everything you need to know about charging.

Battery life

Our phones have a 12-hour battery life on a full charge, which is more than enough for even the longest events. They're also rechargeable, so if you're using the phone for a welcome party and then again for the wedding the next day, just plug it in overnight and you're good to go.

How to charge

Use only the USB charging cable included in your box. Plug it into the port on the bottom of the phone and connect the other end to any standard USB power source (wall adapter, laptop, power bank, etc.).

LED indicator colors

The LED light on the back of your phone tells you how much battery you have left:

Green = Full charge (approximately 8-12 hours of usage remaining)

Orange = Medium charge (approximately 4-8 hours remaining)

Red = Low charge (approximately 4 or less hours remaining, consider charging soon)

Each color provides roughly 4 hours of usage time, giving you the full 12 hours across all three stages.

Important notes

If the battery runs out during your event, don't worry! Our phones have an autosave function that ensures none of your messages are lost. That said, we recommend keeping an eye on the LED and charging the phone if you know you'll need it for an extended period.

Please do not turn off the phone immediately after someone leaves a message. The phone needs about two minutes to save the file before it can be safely powered down.
