Where do you ship?

Shipping coverage for After The Tone audio guestbook rentals, including the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship our audio guestbook phones to:

  • All 50 US states (including Hawaii and Alaska)

  • Puerto Rico

  • Canada

All shipments are handled in-house by our warehouse team located in New York. Every phone is tested, carefully packed with custom foam inserts, and shipped with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Timeline

We recommend booking at least 10 days before your event to ensure your phone arrives with time to spare. Once your order is placed, our team will get your phone prepped and out the door quickly. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your phone ships.

Destination Events

Hosting your event somewhere other than your home address? No problem. You can ship your phone directly to your venue, hotel, or event coordinator. Just make sure whoever is receiving the package knows it's coming. Check out our Destination Event Prep article for tips on shipping to a venue.

International Shipping (Outside US & Canada)

At this time, we do not ship internationally, except to Canada. If you're hosting an event outside our shipping area, you still have some options! If you'd still like to use our Phone Guestbook, just have it shipped to you (within our coverage area) and travel with it to your destination. Just be sure to travel back with it before mailing it back to us. Another option is our Virtual Guestbook, which allows your guests to call in and leave voicemails from anywhere in the world, no physical phone needed. *International data rates may apply

Return Shipping

After your event, you'll ship the phone back to us using the prepaid return label included in your package. For details on how returns work, check out our Returning Your Phone article.
